This 12 week healthy eating and exercise plan plan is designed specifically for you. Do you want to lose body fat and tone up? Get fit? Whatever your goal this is the plan for you. A daily eating plan with every meal outlined for you. A daily training plan to work around you. Every session, every exercise. It also contains a 30 minute skype call to discuss exactly what you want from the plan. This plan can also be adjusted on a weekly basis if needed.
