Well, I can't believe I'm on week 7!! It's flown by, but still feeling great! Was so worried before I started on this plan that i wouldn't survive as I didn't know what was ahead of me and thought I would give in after the first week thinking it would be intense and hard to follow but it's been the opposite! Was thinking how the heck am i going to eat 5/6 meals a day and would I be hungry with smaller meals and how will i cope with walking before breakfast with my past track of LBP in the morning, how will I fit in all the exercise but it has been much easier than I thought as long as I planned everything ahead! OK, some days have been harder than others she. I haven't been able to exercise due to other stuff going on but stayed in track! Now, I hate it if I can't train, as it makes me feel so sluggish!! Exercise has been not too bad this week,but had so much on, haven't been able to do everything but have tried to fit in as much as I could. Even doing workout whilst food I cooking!! I have increased some of the weights in the gym, just wish there was more stuff up there to do! Think my body is getting used to the same things so I feel I'm on a bit of a plateau! The home workouts are fine as I can increase my reps. Still need to work on my belly fat and inner thighs!!!! Definitely feel stronger though! The walk I went on yesterday which I use to struggle on before was a walk in the park!! Asthma pump has not come out once!! Just hope I'm going to be ok after this week now to keep it up as it's the last week of starting a new life!! So don't want to be going backwards again! That is one thing I do worry about!!

Hi Non, it's been about a year since completing your weight loss and training program. Thanks to you and your program I'm now about to attempt an English channel swim - Will be in the water in eight hours.
I've always lead quite a healthy lifestyle, always done plenty of exercise and good food. However, I've never felt so healthy and strong as I do now. You have become a household name at home here. If ever I go to eat something naughty my daughter says, don't do it mam, Non would be upset . Haha. Also, cannot drink alcohol anymore, feel like my body has been poisoned and I'm drunk after one drink ! I'm cheap to take out now.
I wanted to share another milestone with you post-plan.
The last few years, getting any sort of knee high smart boot was a no-hoper, as they would barely do up past my ankle, let alone any further. Anyway, decided that I would be brave and try a pair yesterday when I was shopping, and they fitted perfectly - I was dancing around the shop! Measuring up, I've gone from 44cm to 38cm on my calves..... so far! Over the moon!
Just wanted to give you a final update as I'm coming to the end of my 8 week plan with you know ...
Firstly the reason I came on board with you was to up my game on my weight loss and focus 100% on my eating plan with you .... And I have certainly done that with all of your strict but fair way of your Non Evans Structured plan ...
So my goal was to do the Velothon 140K in 6.5hrs and have a good cycle weight to achieve that as the climbs of both the Tumble 6K 10% gradient was tough plus the Caerphilly Castle climb after 120k ....
Well I smashed it! I did the Velothon in 5hr 35 mins and I passed so many guys getting off their bikes on the climbs due to my training , weight loss and good nutrition ...
I now weigh 10stone and a size 10/12 ...
The other achievements from this is that everyone has noticed the complete body shape change.
So a huge thank you for all your support and encouragement ...
My life style has completely changed and the early morning sessions are part of my normal day to day routine now ....

I weighed in yesterday and this weeks weight is 57.5kg. Portion control was my problem last week I think, and not drinking enough water. I've lost nearly another 1/2" around my stomach, and my shoulders are starting to firm up.
I'm feeling so much better in myself too.

I owe you a massive thank you. A lot of things in my life went wrong causing me to suffer depression and anxiety. The one thing I kept to though were the plans you wrote for me last year. It helped me through a lot mentally. I'd just like to thank you. It has also inspired me to get into personal training and nutrition myself now and hopefully make a career out of it.
Hi Non, just a quick note to sat thank you for everything you've done to help me reach my target weight. It's been 19 weeks since I did your 8 week exercise and eating plan, I started it in October and my starting weight back then was 11st 2lb, and after sticking with your plan for 8 weeks I lost 2st exactly. I've maintained the principles of the eating plan and continued to exercise (which shockingly I now love) so I'm shaping and toning up. For the first time in 12 years (!!) I'm actually wearing the same size clothes that I did in university! Thank you for introducing me to this healthy, easy peasy to follow lifestyle. I feel great every single day!
So Non I'm at the end, or perhaps I should say the beginning! The last 12 weeks have flown by. I love the food, I love the walking & I love the exercises!!! I've smashed my goal of losing 2 stones thanks to you! At the end of the 12 weeks I now weight.....(drumroll) 9st 2lbs, that's 47lbs disappeared from my tummy, thighs, arms, legs, back, face, you name the place, it's gone. You've been an absolute legend and there is no way I could have done this without your plans & guidance. My ideal weight is around 9st, that's what I was 'back in the day" but I NEVER ever thought I would ever get there again, but I'm almost there! So I've moved my goal posts to the 9st mark and will let you know when I reach it. You've been a rock in my moments of darkness when everyone around me was eating crisps & chocolate, your motivational pics, success stories & updates kept me on the straight & narrow. Thank you SO much. Good luck with helping others, they really can't go wrong doing your plans, I really can't recommend you enough.
So 8 weeks are up. The plan you created was solid, the motivation of having a welsh sporting legend helping me was off the scale. You inspired me, you pushed me and now you have made me. You've changed my attitude to eating and drinking. You've done what NO woman has ever done before and kept me off the beer for 8 weeks!! Thank you thank you and thank you again. I'm going to go on holiday for 2 weeks now and do it all over again! You've changed my life!!
I've now had my final weigh in (for now). I started this on 18 stone 11. I was even more before I started this plan. This week I lost exactly 4 pounds. My weight after these 8 weeks is 16 stone and 4 pounds. Feels amazing!
I've hit 180kg on the dead lift now too. I can start to feel confident again.
Non what have you done for all of us. Many people have smiles on their faces because of you.
You've helped change my life completely and I mean that most sincerely!! I've still got a long way to go yet but it's been an amazing journey so far in such a short space of time.
I've surprised myself how I've stuck to it, I think because it's become part of my daily routine almost it's made it easier for me to stick to and you are so right with the terminology lifestyle challenge because that's exactly what it is! A change in lifestyle and for the better!!
You are helping so many people Non! You are the one that should be proud not me! I just needed a kick up the backside to get motivated!!!! You've had two for the price of one in our house too as my husband has lost over a stone and a bit (he didn't have much to lose really) and is lighter than his ironman triathlon days!!!!
Hi non. Helen Davies does not know I'm e mailing you. I know she has been sending updates, but I just wanted to say thanks for helping her along. She has been dedicated and focussed throughout without a cheat meal. Her 8 weeks are up in the morning just as she goes on a little hen weekend with friends and well deserved it is too. She looks absolutely amazing ( so I'm obviously a winner here too) not only has her eating been clean but her running has gone from non existent really having previously only done 5k up to nearly 10 miles at a time. She is only having the weekend off and she is straight back on it. Thanks again.
Just had to share with you. I had clothes delivered today for my holiday and I'm fitting into size 10. I haven't been that for about 15 years. I can't believe what I look like in a bikini my bum and legs are getting close to cellulite free and are shaping up nicely.
I took a photo of myself in a bikini 6 weeks ago and I can't wait to take one of me in 2 weeks time at the end of the plan and show it to you.

"The main benefit is not the weight loss, it is the reduction of stress in my life that I can't get over (which is so amazing!). The limited diet doesn't seem boring to me as thats the sort of food I like anyway. But the structure means that it has been easy to prep meals in advance/night before for work. This has made my mornings significantly less stressful, and eating before I get hungry in the afternoon has pretty much eliminated my chocolate/yoghurt cravings. I am more in tune with my body, and I don't feel the need to overeat anymore.
